WORST EXCHANGE. They frozen my account without warning. I had £32,000 in there. Customer service is a joke - automated responses for 3 months. When I finally got a human, they said "we need to verify your source of funds" - I already sent them my payslips and bank statements TWICE. This is theft.

WARNING to everyone: Binance locked my account mid-trade. I was swing trading ETH and they literally froze everything while I had open positions. Lost $12k because I couldn't close my trades. PSA: Binance will freeze your account if you make "too many" withdrawals to your own wallet. Apparently wanting custody of your own crypto is "suspicious." They've had my $28k for 51 days now. Every week they ask for a different document. This is deliberate stalling.

Binance data breach exposed my KYC documents. Now my passport scan is on the dark web. They admitted the breach but offered NO compensation, NO credit monitoring, NOTHING. I trusted them with my identity and they leaked it. Now I have to worry about identity theft for the rest of my life.
