Tried to buy $800 of ETH on @moonpay. Transaction failed. Tried again. Failed again. Then BOTH charges hit my account ($1,600 total). Still no ETH. Support says "duplicate transactions will be refunded in 5-10 days." Day 37 - still waiting.
